Teaser Tuesday - Blessed are the Meddlers by Christa Ann Banister

TEASER TUESDAYS asks you to:

1. Grab your current read.
2. Let the book fall open to a random page.
3. Share with us two (2) “teaser” sentences from that page, somewhere between lines 7 and 12. 4. You also need to share the title of the book that you’re getting your “teaser” from … that way people can have some great book recommendations if they like the teaser you’ve given!
5. Please avoid spoilers!

My 2 “Teaser” Sentences for today:

"But as much as I wanted to bail on Operation Elton, I was sure I'd figure somehitng out because, unfortunately, Lucinda was someone who demanded results. And Vogue was my gibbest client."

~ p.82, “Blessed are the Meddlers” by Christa Ann Banister

From the Authors Website:
Former serial dater Sydney Alexander has met and married the love of her life, the illustrious Gavin Williams. But in the midst of her wedded bliss, Sydney can’t help but want her friends (and her sister Samantha) to be as happy in love as she is. So like Jane Austen’s famous heroine, Emma, Sydney does a little freelance matchmaking of her own. Sometimes solicited, sometimes not. But even with the best of intentions, Sydney soon learns that a little meddling in the love department goes a long way. From New York to Nashville to Minneapolis and back again, will any of Sydney’s friends find true love? Well, if Sydney has anything to do with it, then…

  1. Oh, that makes me want to know more.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today. I forgot to add the link about NaNoWriMo - it's www.nanowrimo.org. Essentially, it's a one month challenge to write a 50k novel in the month of November. In other words, it's craziness, but fun.
