Mailbox Monday

Many thanks to Marcia at The Printed Page for hosting Mailbox Monday every week!

It is so much fun to see what everyone is getting in the mail.

Thanks for taking the time to visit ~ I just love hearing from you! Please let me know if you have read any of these books - I'd love to hear how you liked them!! :)

Here are the books that came into my house last week:

I'd also like to say special thanks to Cathy of Kittling Books who inspired me to get rid of more books than I received last week! I sent out 42 books to new homes, and received 18 - Yikes! Yes - 18 . . . keep in mind that 13 of the 18 are for special upcoming projects! :)

First Art by MaryAnn F. Kohl with Renee Ramsey and Dana Bowman

Games to Play with Babies by Jackie Silberg

Games to Play with Two Year Olds by Jackie Silberg

From Meadowbrook Press, another wonderful publisher with a wonderful selection of books pertaining to early childhood development (along with many other subjects like parenting, humor, etc):

Baby Bites by Bridget Swinney

Healthy Food for Healthy Kids by Bridget Swinney

The Siblings' Busy Book by Trish Kuffner

The Toddler's Busy Book by Trish Kiffner

For my other books:

Santa Olivia ARC by Jacqueline Carey - Fiction / Fantasy - Many thanks to the publisher who sent me a review copy!

Summer on Blossom Street ARC by Debbie Macomber - Fiction - Shelf Awareness

  1. Wow! You had quite a week! I was hoping to get The Only True Genius... but haven't yet and I love Debbie Macomber. I did read the Twilight series and liked it. I didn't love it but I probably would have if I was a teenager. I didn't get many last week but they look like fun. My list is here. Hope you have a great week!

Did read Twilight, and the 1st book was cute, the last one ok. Can't call her a great author but they are fun to read.

  20. I am so jealous of the fact that you got 18 books sent to you in just one week!

Mind you I don't envy you having to package up another 42 and as for the postage costs ... well that must have cost you an absolute fortune to send all those out.

  21. I just saw that you said you hadn't read any of Tess Gerritsen's books yet - I can only recommend them!!!

  24. Boy, you sure gave a lot away. Now you have room for more books. ;P I probably should start finding homes for some of my books, but I have a hard time parting with them.

You had a busy week book-wise, lots of variety. Happy reading!
