Today's question: Legacy libraries. With which legacy libraries do you share books? Tell us a little about a couple of them and what you share.To find which books you share with Legacy Libraries, click on "Statistics" from either your profile or your home page; then click on "Legacy Libraries" in the second row of clickable choices.My Answer: Ok - so this posting took me some work - I have never explored the Legacy Libraries before this morning, so I looked up a list of Classics, thinking it would be the easiest way to add a few favorites from my school days! (Prior to this morning, I've only added my recently received books - most of which have or will have reviews on this blog!) Here is what I found:

The Legacy Libraries is a fun feature, but I didn't know about it until this morning, either.
Legacy libraries were new to me as well. It seems like that Hemingway has a lot in common... I wonder if he has the largest library?
I didn't know about the feature until this morning either. But I won't be adding books to my library even if I've read them. I am just cataloging the books I've read starting at the beginning of 2007 when I found LT and going forward. Would be too hard to remember all the others (and I have a horrible memory).
I think Hemingway does have one of the largest libraries. I have 135 books in common with him, which wasn't a thrill because he's not a favorite of mine!
Wendi--I saw your question about comments on Marie's blog and thought I'd answer you over on yours. :-)
I belong to several memes like TuesdayThingers, not all of which are on my book blog. It depends a lot on how much time I have and how many people participate in the meme. For the smaller ones like TT, I do try to go to each blog, read and comment. For the memes where 100-200 people respond every week, I just plain flat out don't have the time to look at 'em all. I'll visit blogs that I'm familiar with and have enjoyed and choose a few new-to-me ones to visit and comment on. One thing that I do try to do is follow up on the folks who comment on my posts. I may not answer them on my blog, but I'll go to theirs, do some reading, and make comments. One thing you learn fairly quickly in the blogosphere is that judicious commenting on other folks' blogs can forge friendships and even help drive traffic to your own blog. Hope this helps!
Wendi I am like you I never paid much attention to the legacy libraries. Very interesting though to see all the famous people I share books with.
The Legacy Libraries is a really interesting feature. Doing Tuesday Thingers has taught me about several Libary Thing features that I had been unaware of.
