Review: ReBinder Green Office Products - A Great Way To Ensure You Use Green Products For Business, School and Home

As an office professional, and even at home, I am always looking for more ways to turn our office "Green," and it is great to know that there is a really nice selection of sustainable office products available from ReBinder.

I absolutely love the Surf Showstopper, and have started using it any time I need to keep my camera, phone, keys or money on me without carrying my purse or a backpack.  It is a brand new slim product designed to help you carry  your keys, money, phone and cards (credit, club, etc) when you are exercising or at the beach.  It is designed to fit securely and comfortably on your wrist, but I've also found it to work just wonderfully on my ankle as well!  And a bonus??  When wearing jeans or loose jogging pants, no one even knows I'm wearing it.

Think of all those places you don't really want to be battling your purse: Going to the beach, exercising, jogging, going on rides in Disney World (or any theme park), school field trips, hiking, camping, family outings, going to the fair, visiting the zoo... I think you get the picture. Sometimes, it is simply not easy to lug a purse, even a small one, around. This is when the Surf Showstopper comes in handy.

I have to laugh at this point.  The first day of my son's new preschool, it was really raining.  We got to his classroom, and I realized that I forgot my purse that had the pictures we needed to give the teacher, so I trudged back to the car to get my purse.  It was a fast and fun day, so when it was over, we left with all his new preschool friends and made our way through the rain to the parking lot... I made it to the car just in time to realize that I had left my purse in the classroom, so ANOTHER trip back into the school and back to the car, and by that time, I was soaking wet!  All because I didn't want to take my purse into the classroom the first time.  So, the next week (I volunteer once per week), I had received and wore the Surf Showstopper around my ankle, under my jeans so it wasn't in the way as I worked with the kids around the classroom.  :)  Imagine my surprise when I was able to get my cash, id, emergency credit card, keys and camera into it, and it was comfortable to wear all morning!  Not to mention that whenever I wanted to take pictures of the kids, I was able to get my camera out, use it and put it back.  LOVED IT!!

Since that experience, I've been able to try it out quite a few more times, on walks and outings, and I still love it.  It is safe and secure (the clip that holds it in place is sturdy and protected by the design of the pouch.  It is fuzzy and feels good against my skin - it is lined with a terry cloth type material, so it keeps my skin soft and moisture free.  It is also quiet - there are zippers, so I expected to hear the little clink sound that some zippers make as you move, but this has been designed to allow the zipper to go into the pouch and be held securely.  Overall, it is a great design and is easy to use.  Even better, there are many more designs available at Going Dancing, where you can also find hair accessories, body jewelry and other great gift ideas as well.
