My exercise tip is to add it into everyday events. Do squats while you wash and rinse your hair in the shower. Do shoulder shrugs or rolls while stopped at red lights. Balance on one foot while folding laundry. Squeeze a ball between your thighs while sitting at the computer. It all adds up.

If you get hungry and need a snack, why not grab some grapes, apple slices, or cherry tomatoes, which provide that healthy to snack on instead of the cookies or chips. Try to eat all the veggies and fruits you can! They fill you up more quickly and they are way low in calories than the alternatives mentioned. I would love either Get Positively Beautiful by Carmindy or Bobbi Brown Makeup Manual by Bobbi Brown.

Did we pick a winner here yet? If not I'd like the book you have pictured in your side bar the camary book (sp?). My tip, if your hair is dirty and you don't have time to wash it, sprinkle some baby powder on your brush and then thru your hair. This will remove or soak up the grease build up.
Also if you have static cling in your hair, rub a dryer sheet lightly over your head and the static will be gone!
Thanks so much,
Darby
