I love to watch reality shows! They are generally very entertaining and inspiring, and often teach me something, so I was very excited when I got the opportunity to participate in this Spark with Kroger and MyBlogSpark in the promotion of the Pound for Pound Challenge. Read below for details:

Snack Idea (#1): pre-portioned cashews or peanuts. I use small Tupperware containers to hold a serving.
Snack Idea #2: air popped popcorn sprayed lightly with oil and a few shakes of flavored salt.
Snack Idea #3 - baby carrots. Or just peel and cut whole carrots so they are easily accessible. Yum, and they are great for eyes.
Snack Idea #5 - Nature Valley chewy granola bar - fruit & nut. These things are GREAT for a quick snack on the go. We have to hide them downstairs so we don't eat one every day.
