I don't know about you, but I have really struggled with at least two of these broad subjects, so I'm finding lots of great advice in this gem of a book.
The book itself is cute, and the pages are all bordered across the bottom by the blue from the front of the book, which I found strangely soothing in itself. The chapters are short (making it easy to tackle the topics one at a time, or a bunch... depending on how much time you have free), flow smoothly, include key scriptures, revealing tests to help guide you through the chapter (not in all chapters), special quotes and questions at the end to help you apply the chapter to your life.
Each of the four sections above have ten chapters. I think this book would be a great devotional for a month if you double up on a few days. The chapters each seemed to take about 5 minutes to go through, but give plenty to mull over throughout the day. I highly recommend this book! (And I'll probably give it as a gift to at least one or two of the special stressed-out women in my life)
