As a busy mom of two very active little boys who require a lot of love and attention (distraction, theatrics, outings, etc) it is sometimes hard for me to eat when hunger strikes, or keep my energy from running low. One thing I've found that helps is Fiber One cereals and bars! If I have a spare moment and can sit down, it is SO easy to pour myself a bowl of cereal, and the bonus to this scenario is that I am often surrounded by family, so I get to chat! If I only have a second and I'm running out the door, I run to the pantry and grab a cereal bar instead - they are easyily tucked into my purse, and great for on-the-go eating. Best of all, they taste great and leave me feeling good.
The Fiber One cereals and bars also make great snacks at home and while we're out! Even better - the whole family loves them!
