Becoming Beauty sounds really handy. The one thing I'd like to know is how to tame my hair. It's very... independant. It usually tells me what it wants to do any given day. XD I've learned to embrace it, though.

The Tennessee Cookbook sounds great (do they have a recipe for Jack Daniels ribs? I've had them at TGIFridays and they're super yummy!).
