Wear sunscreen every single day, even when it isn't sunny. You'd be shocked how much sun damage can be prevented this way! And if you must tan, please make it a fake bake!

If you are going out in the sun wear a sunscreen with an appropriate screen number to protect your skin from the sun's ultra violet rays.

In the summertime I keep my facial moisturizer in the refridgerator, besides the cooling sensation it helps reduce puffyness and tightens pores. Thanks for a great giveaway!

My mother never washed her face with soap. She used Nivea Cream daily and she had beutiful skin. Finding a good moisturizer and using it daily is essential for nourishing your skin and maintaining a healthy glow.

Ponds Cold Cream! My grenadmother used it nightly for as far bakc as I can remember and when she passed away at 86 her skin was soft as a babys bum.

i have remember this for about 30 years. A young woman in her 20's can wear old women clothes and look cute. An older woman in her 60's cannot wear a younger woman clothes without looking silly.

For a quick toner & to help stay acne free...use a little hand Santizer on your face(not around the eyes.
I also put some on a q-tip to clean my ears & it's great for yeast rashes under your breast or tummy......us big girls know what that's like.

I use germ-x......you can get a Huge Bottle at Walgreen's for only $4.00!!!!!!
It tones, kills germs & has vitiam E!
