Perfect for : Personal Use, Support New Year's Resolutions or desire for change

In a nutshell: If you want to lose weight and keep it off, this 16 week program is a good one to start! This book is designed to be used along with the Never Say Diet book by Chantel Hobbs. It will provide the reader with inspirational scripture and quotes each week, along with information that provides emotional support, exercise goals and information on food. Additionally, it provides a place to record your progress and keep a food journal which I found to be VERY helpful as I found I was eating some things I didn't really even think about.

Extended Review:
Content: Per page 3, "As you use The Never Say Diet Personal Fitness Trainer, you will receive emotional support, practical advice on nutrition and exercise, and daily help in relying on God and trusting that He wants what is best for you. Addressing mind, body, and spirit - all three - is the key to bringing about permanent change."

Filled with chapters for each of the 16 weeks, the book helps you to track your progress.

Format: Each week starts out with a scripture and quote for the week, some inspirational information covering your mind, exercise and food for that week, and a place for you to record your activities each day along with a food log.

Readability: Very easy to read and follow.

Overall: A great addition to the Never Say Diet book that allows the reader to make personal notes and watch their progress as they go through the 16 week program.
